Biriyani Kabob House sits tucked into a Koreatown strip mall on W 3rd St, serving up hearty Pakistani, Indian, and Bangladeshi dishes with an emphasis on authentic biryani flavors. It’s the kind of spot that locals lean on when craving a filling, home-style meal rather than anything flashy. The interior is straightforward – functional seating, a small TV playing Pakistani shows, and a casual, no-frills vibe that matches the unpretentious food.

This restaurant works best for those looking to dive into rich, spiced biryani variants such as Chicken Dam Biryani, Hyderabadi, Lamb, or Goat Biryani, alongside classic dishes like Butter Chicken, Chicken Karahi, and Lamb Shank Curry. Portions are generous, making it a solid choice for sharing or taking leftovers home. The menu also has vegetarian options like Saag Paneer and Aloo Gobi, ensuring a range for different preferences. The tasting experience is grounded in traditional recipes, with customers repeatedly noting how the dishes maintain authentic flavors and balanced spice levels.

Visitors can expect friendly and attentive service with staff willing to guide newcomers through the menu, which helps smooth out the ordering process for those unfamiliar with regional specialties. The owner’s presence adds a warm, community-oriented touch, often checking in with guests or sharing a quick hello. Though more suited to casual dine-in or carryout rather than lingering over multiple courses, the place fills up steadily during typical dinner hours, reflecting its local following.

The mixed grill platter and standout chef specials like Whole Charga Chicken and Beef Nihari provide heartier options, while sides like various types of naan and masala tea round out the meal. Mango lassi and homemade desserts such as Rasmalai bring a cooling contrast to the spicy fare. The overall atmosphere lends itself well to groups and families, offering a down-to-earth dining experience rooted in the flavors of South Asia’s diverse culinary traditions.

Biriyani Kabob House is best visited in the evening when the restaurant is lively but not overwhelmingly crowded, giving you enough space to enjoy the warm, home-cooked style food without feeling rushed. If you’re in Koreatown and want familiar, no-nonsense biryani or Pakistani comfort food, this spot offers a reliable, authentic taste without pretense.

I tried their Almost all Biriyani Items Multiple time just to know Their authenticity. So far I can say they are committed with the Food Authenticity. They keep the quality of food and proportion of food too. So many don’t.! I recommended them for trying their Biriyani Specially. Good Luck.!

Had a lovely dinner here a few nights back. The staff are welcoming and happy to assist in crafting the ideal Indian meal. My friend and I landed on: -Lamb shank biryani (FUEGO) -Mixed Grill (FUEGO - star of the show) -Chicken Karahi - excellent -Keema naan - excellent -Mango lassi - delicious and THIACK. All the entree's were under $25, which I respect thoroughly. The portions were pretty generous, and the dining experience is super casual (don't forget to ask for more chutney if need be). Definitely authentic flavors at work here. I had a wonderful experience and we had plenty leftovers. Splitting the mango lassi was the perfect finish! Parking is annoying but beyond that, this place is A+!

Absolute YES! We saw a video on Instagram highlight the owner of this restaurant. The rest of the week I wanted to try and come get food here. Finally over the weekend we came and had the lamb biryani to take home. The next day we had a guest in town and we knew he would feel like the flavors here would remind him of home in Africa. It was delicious. We ate at the restraunt, we met the owner and said hello, as well as Abdulla! He was also very friendly. We had lamb biryani again as well as a chicken curry. This is what food that nourishes your soul tastes like. So glad to support a small business such as this and I wish them much success. Whoever’s idea it was to put them on Instagram was very smart and I’m glad they did it. I’m a fan and will be recommending and coming back for more!

In an unassuming strip mall in Koreatown lies Biryani Kabob House. As busy as it was when we came in this hole in the wall, my boyfriend and I had great expectations and obviously, we were not disappointed. Ambiance wise, it's your typical restaurant serving fresh, hearty and delicious home style cooking of Pakistani food. There was a mini TV showcasing Pakistani shows and videos which I'm sure felt comforting to everyone eating inside the restaurant. The inside had limited seating so prepare to wait. Luckily, there was a table available right away so waiting wasn't a problem when we came in on a Sunday night past dinner time. The food was very delicious and the portions were very generous. For the price that you are paying for quality Halal food, everything is worth every dollar. The owner was very kind and accommodating to our needs. The staff member was also very clean as he was wiping the tables and chairs as expected when a customer leaves. I highly recommend in supporting this small business.

We were looking for an authentic desi food, and loved it. The place or ambience is a fast food place one, more for a carry out orders. . We ordered Goat Paya curry, Goat biryani, Chicken biryani, naan, mango lassi( really tasty), and Mixed grill. The proportion size is great. Courtesy of the owner, Karim bhai was superb, served us complimentary Ras malai. Their chai is good too. They have fresh samosas too. Tomas at the front cashier counter is also a kind lady. Overall, great experience. Pricing is reasonable too.

It’s a unique experience. I ordered lamb shank biryani and it was extremely flavorful - really reminded of my home food. You will definitely get street side vibe with this kind of restaurant which can be good or bad depending on your taste. I see it as a cultural experience. Owner was really sweet and nice so I had great experience.

Stumbled on this hidden gem near our office, and wow - what a surprise. We tried their Indian and Bangladeshi dishes for the first time, and everything was unexpectedly delicious. The portions were generous, the flavors were bold, and the meat was incredibly tender and tasty. It’s the kind of spot you’re genuinely glad to have as a neighbor. I’m already thinking about what to try next because I definitely have to come back again.
